David has been a mortgage consultant for over thirty years and has extensive experience in helping first time buyers up to large property portfolio landlords.

As well as the run of the mill mortgages, David specialises in the more complex residential and buy to let investment mortgages.

David has helped people who felt that they could not afford the home they wanted or were turned down by their bank. Whatever a client’s circumstances, he always searches the whole of the market to find the cheapest rate available for that particular customer.

David makes sure he spends the time to understand what people want, and he prides himself on doing exactly what he says he will do when he says he will do it.

He conducts meetings either in person or over Zoom and can do some evening meetings.
