Linear Financial Solutions recognises however that, when a client cannot get hold of their existing advisor for any reason, it is very important that you have alternative options to assist you with your enquiry – particularly if this is of an urgent nature. Linear Client Services can be accessed by all our clients – whatever your enquiry, our aim is to help you with it. This may involve us getting hold of your current Linear advisor for you and making sure you get a call to deal with your needs. We may be able to help resolve what you need from within the team, and just update your advisor for you on the support we have provided.
We are also here to look after Linear clients whose advisor may have retired, or moved on to do something different. Ultimately Linear Financial Solutions has a responsibility and duty of care to ensure that any client who has trusted one of our advisors to make financial arrangements for them at any time, is respected and looked after – whether your original advisor is available or not.
