Career before joining Linear

I worked as a Director for another financial services company under PRIMIS for the last five years.

Why did you join Linear?

I wanted to get FCA authorisation while writing lots of business with Linear. It was a great medium to get me going before that FCA approval, while being a business owner.

How did you find the transition?

No problem. There was great support and training. Donald Fraser could not do enough to help with the transition side and helping me grow the brand. I couldn’t have done it without him.

What career progression have you made during your time with Linear?

I have become a business owner. I previously was only a manager of a business for someone else – there is a massive difference and Linear have helped me through this transition brilliantly.

How has the ongoing support from Linear helped you achieve your goals?

Great training support, including higher-level management support to help build my brand to help me support more clients achieve their financial ambitions.

Dave Woodbridge is so approachable and friendly and happy to help whatever the situation and is very knowledgeable. Lucy Hollis has been amazing in the background helping support all the admin side of any issues that I or the business may have moving forward.
